Actafoam® F-2
Actafoam F-2 is a lead-free, high-efficiency activator for foam compositions utilizing Celogen® AZ azodicarbonamide-type foaming agents. The activating effect of Actafoam F-2 equals that of lead stabilizers, and is more moderate when compared to zinc oxide.

Celogen® AZ for Plastics

Celogen® AZ-1901 for Plastics
Celogen® AZ-1901 is a large particle size azodicarbonamide designed specifically for crosslinked rubber and plastics foams. It provides a smaller and more uniform cell size in crosslinked systems compared to other azodicarbonamides.
Celogen® AZ-760-A for Plastics

Celogen® AZ-9370 for Plastics
Celogen® AZ-9370 is an azodicarbonamide designed specifically for crosslinked rubber and plastics foams. It provides a smaller and more uniform cell size in crosslinked systems, compared to other azodicarbonamides.
Celogen® AZNP-130 is a nonplateout azodicarbonamide powder suitable for use in a variety of polymers, including polyolefins and styrenics. This product reduces the formation of plateout (cyanuric acid) from azodicarbonamide decomposition that might cause die blockage, mold build-up and screw deposits. This product may be used in many of the same applications where Celogen AZ-130 is used.
Celogen® AZRV is a modified azodicarbonamide powder designed specifically for rigid PVC foam. Its decomposition temperature is reduced to 360-380°F (182-193°C) by calcium stearate, a commonly used lubricant in most rigid formulations. Some tin stabilizers may also provide additional activation. Other than the presence of calcum stearate, no reformulation is required to promote good efficiency of this foaming agent.
Celogen® Applications in Plastics
Celogen® foaming agents or chemical foaming agents (CFAs) are sometimes referred to as chemical blowing agents (CBAs) and are used to foam plastics to impart a cellular structure into the resins using various processing techniques.
Celogen® FF for Plastics
Celogen® FF grades are modified azodicarbonamides designed for the injection molding and extrusion of clean, trouble-free products. These products decompose at 392°F (200°C).
Celogen® OT for Plastics
Celogen® OT is a low-temperature sulfonylhydrazide used in low process temperature plastics, such as LDPE, EVA, and soft vinyl compounds. It decomposes at 320°F (160°C).
Celogen® OT for Rubber
Celogen® OT is a nonstaining, nondiscoloring and odorless nitrogen foaming agent for sponge rubber and expanded plastics. Decomposes slowly at 130ºC (266ºF).
Celogen® RA for Plastics
Celogen® RA is a medium high-temperature foaming agent that decomposes at 442-456°F (228-235°C). It is recommended for low melt-index polyolefins, ABS, and other styrenic materials.
Celogen® RA for Rubber
Celogen RA is a nonstaining, nondiscoloring and odorless nitrogen foaming agent for expanded plastics and sponge rubber. Recommended for applications which require high processing temperature. Decomposes in air at 230ºC (447ºF).
Celogen® SD-200/EPO for Plastics
Celogen® SD-200EPO is an azodicarbonamide dispersion recommended for cellular vinyl applications.
Celogen® SD-200/SD-125 for Plastics
Celogen® SD-200 and SD-125 are azodicarbonamide dispersions recommended for cellular vinyl applications. These products are based on a phthalate plasticizer.
Celogen® SDA-200 for Plastics
Celogen® SDA-200 is an activated azodicarbonamide dispersion recommended for cellular vinyl applications. It has a faster rate of decomposition, compared to the other azodicabonamide systems.
Celogen® TSH-C
Celogen TSH-C is a nonstaining and nondiscoloring nitrogen foaming agent for sponge rubber and expanded plastics. Odorless in rubber compounds but imparts a slight odor to polyvinyl chloride sponge. Decomposes slowly at 140º- 150ºC (284º-302ºF).
Celogen® TSH-C for Plastics
Celogen® TSH-C is a low-temperature sulfonylhydrazide suitable for operating temperatures of 284°F (140°C) and higher. It may be used in rubber, plastics, and thermoset materials, such as epoxies and polyesters.
DPG is a general purpose accelerator for sulfur cures. Very active above 116°C (240°F); moderately low activation temperature. Use in natural and synthetic rubbers.
DiTAP™ is a liquid dialkyl peroxide with relatively high stability. It is a technically pure form of di-tert-amyl peroxide that can be used as an initiator for cross-linking of various polymers and elastomers.
Esperal® 115 RG
Esperal® 115RG peroxide is a pure form of dicumyl peroxide. It is a medium to high temperature organic peroxide used as a vulcanizing agent for elastomers, and as a crosslinking agent for polyolefins.
Espercarb® 1043
Espercarb® 1043 initiator is a versatile solid peroxydicarbonate that can be used as an initiator for low temperature polymerization of a variety of vinyl monomers and unsaturated polyester resins.
Espercarb® S840
Espercarb® S840 is an efficient liquid initiator for the polymerization of acrylates, allyl diglycol carbonates, ethylene, vinyl chloride, and other vinyl monomers and copolymers.
EURECEN® 5036

USP® 88 peroxide is a liquid peroxide blend with relatively high stability. It can be used as an initiator for crosslinking of various polymers and elastomers.
Wytox® 312 is a cost-effective secondary liquid phosphite antioxidant that functions as a peroxide decomposer and as a processing stabilizer. When used in conjunction with hindered phenolic and thiodipropionate antioxidants, a synergism is seen. In addition to improved antioxidant activity of these combinations, Wytox 312 also inhibits discoloration of the polymer caused by some phenolic antioxidants. Polymer applications include polyolefins, styrenics, and a variety of other polymers.
Aminox provides excellent protection against heat and oxygen.
Aranox is a nondiscoloring antioxidant for natural rubber, SBR and Neoprene. It is a strong inhibitor of the pro-oxidant metals such as copper and manganese.
Arazate is a nondiscoloring and nonstaining ultra accelerator for fast curing. It has a low activation temperature and medium curing range, up to 121ºC (250ºF). It is an effective ultra accelerator to eliminate airborne nitrosamines.
BLE is a general purpose antioxidant that is used in natural, IR, SBR, BR, Neoprene and nitrile (NBR) rubbers when staining and discoloration can be tolerated. BLE 25 is 100% active liquid. Also available as 75% active powder.

Celogen® AZ-9370 for Plastics
Celogen® AZ-9370 is an azodicarbonamide designed specifically for crosslinked rubber and plastics foams. It provides a smaller and more uniform cell size in crosslinked systems, compared to other azodicarbonamides.
Celogen® AZNP-130 is a nonplateout azodicarbonamide powder suitable for use in a variety of polymers, including polyolefins and styrenics. This product reduces the formation of plateout (cyanuric acid) from azodicarbonamide decomposition that might cause die blockage, mold build-up and screw deposits. This product may be used in many of the same applications where Celogen AZ-130 is used.
Celogen® AZRV is a modified azodicarbonamide powder designed specifically for rigid PVC foam. Its decomposition temperature is reduced to 360-380°F (182-193°C) by calcium stearate, a commonly used lubricant in most rigid formulations. Some tin stabilizers may also provide additional activation. Other than the presence of calcum stearate, no reformulation is required to promote good efficiency of this foaming agent.
Celogen® Applications in Plastics
Celogen® foaming agents or chemical foaming agents (CFAs) are sometimes referred to as chemical blowing agents (CBAs) and are used to foam plastics to impart a cellular structure into the resins using various processing techniques.
Celogen® FF for Plastics
Celogen® FF grades are modified azodicarbonamides designed for the injection molding and extrusion of clean, trouble-free products. These products decompose at 392°F (200°C).
Celogen® OT for Plastics
Celogen® OT is a low-temperature sulfonylhydrazide used in low process temperature plastics, such as LDPE, EVA, and soft vinyl compounds. It decomposes at 320°F (160°C).
Celogen® OT for Rubber
Celogen® OT is a nonstaining, nondiscoloring and odorless nitrogen foaming agent for sponge rubber and expanded plastics. Decomposes slowly at 130ºC (266ºF).
Celogen® RA for Plastics
Celogen® RA is a medium high-temperature foaming agent that decomposes at 442-456°F (228-235°C). It is recommended for low melt-index polyolefins, ABS, and other styrenic materials.
Celogen® RA for Rubber
Celogen RA is a nonstaining, nondiscoloring and odorless nitrogen foaming agent for expanded plastics and sponge rubber. Recommended for applications which require high processing temperature. Decomposes in air at 230ºC (447ºF).
Celogen® SD-200/EPO for Plastics
Celogen® SD-200EPO is an azodicarbonamide dispersion recommended for cellular vinyl applications.
Celogen® SD-200/SD-125 for Plastics
Celogen® SD-200 and SD-125 are azodicarbonamide dispersions recommended for cellular vinyl applications. These products are based on a phthalate plasticizer.
Celogen® SDA-200 for Plastics
Celogen® SDA-200 is an activated azodicarbonamide dispersion recommended for cellular vinyl applications. It has a faster rate of decomposition, compared to the other azodicabonamide systems.
Celogen® TSH-C
Celogen TSH-C is a nonstaining and nondiscoloring nitrogen foaming agent for sponge rubber and expanded plastics. Odorless in rubber compounds but imparts a slight odor to polyvinyl chloride sponge. Decomposes slowly at 140º- 150ºC (284º-302ºF).
Celogen® TSH-C for Plastics
Celogen® TSH-C is a low-temperature sulfonylhydrazide suitable for operating temperatures of 284°F (140°C) and higher. It may be used in rubber, plastics, and thermoset materials, such as epoxies and polyesters.
DPG is a general purpose accelerator for sulfur cures. Very active above 116°C (240°F); moderately low activation temperature. Use in natural and synthetic rubbers.
Delac® MOR
Delac® MOR is the most delayed action accelerator offered by Uniroyal Chemical. Activated by thiurams, dithiocarbamates, BIK® OT, guanidines and aldehyde amines. Nondiscoloring and nonstaining to rubber compounds and materials in contact with them.
Ethazate® is a fast curing accelerator at low temperature with medium precuring tendency. Excellent compound aging properties. Most widely used accelerator for latex compounding. Used in latex foam, dipped goods and fabric coatings.
Flexamine® is recommended for Neoprene belting. It provides excellent protection against copper and manganese. Available as granules.
Hepteen® Base is a fast curing, high temperature accelerator which gives high modulus compounds with excellent processing safety.
Laurex® is a powerful activator and efficient plasticizer for general use in natural and synthetic rubber products. Features 20% available zinc in a completely soluble form. Its high degree of solubility in rubber minimizes blooming.
Methazate® is a very fast curing accelerator as low processing temperatures with medium precuring tendency. Excellent compounding aging properties. Most widely used accelerator for latex compounding. Used in latex foam, dipped goods and fabric coatings
