Polybond® 3029 is a high density polyethylene containing a high level of Maleic Anhydride functionality and recommended for coupling of glass, mica, ATH, wood fiber and other fillers in polyethylene composites. It is also recommended as a compatibilizer for PE blends with polar polymers.

Polybond® 3039

Polybond® 3039 is a high density polyethylene containing a high level of Maleic Anhydride functionality and recommended for coupling of glass, mica, ATH, wood fiber and other fillers in polyethylene composites. It is identical in melt flow and functionality to Polybond® 3029. However, its physical form is powdery micropellet designed for use in applications where powdered ingredients are pre-blended prior to processing.

Polybond® 3049

Polybond® 3039 is a high density polyethylene containing an extremely high level of Maleic Anhydride functionality and recommended for coupling of wood and other cellulose fibers in polyethylene composites.







Dispersants

Polywet® ND-2

Polywet® ND-2 is a water soluble anionic polyelectrolyte. It is non-foaming and is effective over a broad pH range. Polywet ND-2 disperses pigments, extenders, and fillers in aqueous systems. It is highly efficient in all latex paints.

Polywet® Z-1766

Polywet® Z-1766 is a water-soluble anionic polyelectrolyte used to disperse coating pigments. It is non-foaming and allows reduction in the use of anti-foams and defoamers in coating formulations.





Rubber Chemicals

Arazate® is a nondiscoloring and nonstaining ultra accelerator for fast curing. It has a low activation temperature and medium curing range, up to 121ºC (250ºF). It is an effective ultra accelerator to eliminate airborne nitrosamines.

BLE 25™,65,70,75 general purpose antioxidants that are used in natural, IR, SBR, BR, Neoprene and nitrile (NBR) rubbers when staining and discoloration can be tolerated. BLE 25 is 100% active liquid. Also available as 65, 70 and 75% active powders.

Hepteen® Base is a fast curing, high temperature accelerator which gives high modulus compounds with excellent processing safety.

Naugard® PS4830

Naugard PS-4830 is a liquid blend of phenolic and aminic antioxidants for use across many applications. It is a low volatility, low viscosity antioxidant package providing good protection against degradation due to heat and oxygen. PS-4830 is an efficient AO blend for reducing thermal scorch effects in flexible polyurethane manufacture and provides an effective balance of phenolic and aminic antioxidants to minimize surface discoloration of products such as flexible polyurethane foams.. It is readily soluble in polyols.

Naugard® Q Drop

Naugard Q is a general purpose solid antioxidant. It is used in natural rubber, polyisoprene, SBR, polybutadiene, nitrile, and EPDM compounds. It finds application in tire carcasses, belts, hose, seals, mechanical goods, footwear and wire and cable. Naugard Q is slightly staining and gives good protection against heat and oxygen with fair protection against ozone and flexing fatigue.



Novazone® AS Flake

Trimene Base™

Trimene Base is a high-temperature accelerator with a medium to long curing range. It has a rather low critical curing temperature. It is basic and tends to stiffen uncured rubber mixes. This, together with a rapid cure rate, has been found beneficial in preventing sagging of stocks in the early stages of air curing. It is retarded by air floated, clays, and acid materials in general.



Trimene Base finds its widest application as a heat sensitizer and film tougheners in natural rubber, SBR and Neoprene latex foam sponge. It is water soluble and may be added to the latex directly. Trimene Base is also particularly effective as an accelerator in polyacrylic rubbers and in air-cured footwear, proofing and molded sundries. It has been used as a nonmigratory accelerator in natural rubber latex tire cord dip.
