Lipoid as the world's leading cGMP manufacturer of purified lecithins and phospholipids for pharmaceutical use. Lipoid produces natural purified lecithins and phospholipids derived from soy and egg. In addition, we manufacture hydrogenated lecithins and phospholipids, synthetic phospholipids, customized lipids, oils, and phospholipid based carrier systems such as NanoSolve.

Drug Master Files have been submitted to the FDA for many of our products. Our two German cGMP plants manufacture these according to strict standards. Products for use in parenteral formulations are filtered through 0.2 µm, dried and filled under clean room (class ISO 5) conditions.

More than 80 % of our products are manufactured for the pharmaceutical industry (mainly for parenteral application) and used world-wide in large quantities in approved pharmaceuticals like fat emulsions, liposomes, mixed micelles, aerosols, suspensions, etc. Lipoid is committed to accompany its customers from research and development to the production in industrial scale.
