Royce was founded in 1929 as a textile chemical manufacturing company. Its primary products were Sodium Hydrosulfite, Sodium Formaldehyde Sulfoxylate and Zinc Formaldehyde Sulfoxylate.

In the last 80 plus years, Royce has grown into a multi-divisional company operating under five business divisions. We manufacture products for Textiles, Paint and Coatings, Plastics, Adhesives, Electrical & Electronics, Rubber, Paper, Composites and Construction industries.

Royce has five manufacturing facilities in US. Our offices and strategic alliances in China and India have further added to our manufacturing strengths. Each division is staffed with technical people who are well recognized in their respective fields of expertise. We provide full technical service and product development support to our customers.
