Processes are developed by Syntor from our UK laboratory, and supported by our new R&D and Pilot facilities in China. We offer a fully managed service tailored to companies requiring small-scale process development, multi-stage synthesis, through to large scale commercial manufacture.
Syntor utilises production facilities in Europe, China and India to ensure the most competitive manufacturing option is available to our customers.

Syntor continues to invest in new technology and equipment. In 2009, Syntor expanded our R&D operations with the launch of a large facility in China. This business unit is managed by our Technical department in the UK.
We are also investing in new manufacturing equipment/capabilities to ensure we can offer greater capacity and reduce lead times to our customers.
The expansion of our manufacturing capacity supports a key strategy for Syntor as we continue to increase our Contract Manufacturing services. Syntor offers a range of services from Toll Manufacture, through to Project managed scale-up and technology transfer services. Syntor can offer a competitive outsourcing solution while ensuring client Intellectual Property is protected.
Products:
Syntor has a strong product list that is supplied into the Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical, Aroma, Electronic and Polymer industries. The majority of products are held in stock at our UK facility, allowing Syntor to offer short lead times for material supply.

Quality:
All Syntor products are QC tested at the site of manufacture, and then given final QC test status by Syntor in the UK prior to supply to customers. Bespoke customer specifications and requirements can be managed by our UK team.
Syntor Fine Chemicals Ltd recognises the importance of total quality in our products and manufacturing processes. Syntor Fine Chemicals Ltd and its partners are accredited to ISO9001:2000, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001.
Syntor have completed the construction of a new QC laboratory at our UK facility in 2009. This investment enables Syntor to increase our capacity, and offers a comprehensive range of analytical and testing techniques e.g. HPLC, GC-MS.
Syntor operates a fully integrated quality management system. This system is used across all our manufacturing sites, and manufacturing partners.
